Forwarding?
TrueSwitch will automatically forward all new e-mails arriving at your
old ISP account to Internet Express for a period of 30 days so that
you don't lose any incoming information (as long as your old ISP account
is still active).
How often will
my e-mails get forwarded from my current account to Internet Express?
The forwarding service runs twice a day - once early in the morning
and once at night.
Can I turn off
forwarding at a later date if I change my mind?
Yes. The confirmation e-mail that you receive at your Internet Express
e-mail address will give you the option to " Turn Off Forwarding". Simply
click on the link and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you may
send a message to ixpressupport@trueswitch.com with your request.
Can TrueSwitch
filter out unwanted e-mails from my current account before forwarding
them to my Internet Express address?
No. Currently, TrueSwitch does not do any spam filtering before forwarding
e-mails to your new account. Internet Express' email Spam filtering
will filter Spam and virus' from your future email.
