I have e-mails stored on my PC and also on my old ISP's web mail application. Will TrueSwitch copy all of my e-mail to my new Internet Express account?
Yes, the TrueSwitch engine will copy the e-mails stored on your PC as well as any e-mail stored on your webmail application at your old ISP. If you were using AOL, unread e-mails and e-mails stored in your filing cabinet would be copied.

Will the e-mail folders I have created at my current account be transferred?
TrueSwitch will copy most of the e-mails from your folders. Certain folders such as Deleted Items and Sent Items will not be migrated.

How will I know when my request to transfer my stored information to Internet Express is complete?
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your new e-mail address at Internet Express within 24 hours of your request. This e-mail will contain information about the status of your information transfer. The status e-mail will be delivered from migration@trueswitch.com.

Will the TrueSwitch service delete my information once it is transferred to Internet Express?
No. TrueSwitch will not modify or delete your stored information at your current account. The automated engine is designed only to open and view the information and then copy it to your Internet Express account.

How long does it take to transfer all my stored e-mails, address book and calendar entries to Internet Express?
Though requests can take up to 24 hours, in most cases your information will be transferred within one hour from the time you sign up and use TrueSwitch service.

Will the TrueSwitch service transfer e-mail attachments from my current account to Internet Express?
Yes.

Is it ok to uninstall my old provider's software, etc?
If you have migrated all the information successfully to Outlook Express and do not intend to use your previous provider any longer, you may delete their software from your system.

How do I find Outlook Express on my computer?
Go to the lower right hand corner of your computer screen and then click on "Start". Then select "Programs" and finally select "Outlook Express".
