Will the service
copy all of my entries exactly as they are listed in my current account
(Individual and Group entries)?
Yes but individual and Group entries will be copied separately.
Will it copy
all other contact information saved (home/office address, phone/fax/mobile
numbers etc)
Yes.
What is contact
notification?
TrueSwitch will notify all the contacts in your address book that you
have changed your e-mail address, so that you do not have to do this
manually. A standard message will be sent on your behalf. You do have
the option of modifying and personalizing this message if you so choose.
How can I use
the TrueSwitch Contact Notification service if I don't have an address
book?
The current version of TrueSwitch requires you to have an address book
to use the Contact Notification service. If you do not have an address
book, you can sign up for the e-mail forwarding feature for 30 days.
This will check your old ISP account for any new e-mails daily and send
them to your new Internet Express Service account. Once you receive
the new e-mails simply reply to the contacts and tell them you have
a new e-mail address.
What if I don't
want to notify everyone in my address book about my new Internet Express
Service e-mail address?
The current version does not support the ability to select the address
book contacts you want to notify.
