Internet Express offers colocation space at our facility in several
configurations including personal server hosting, lockable third,
half and full cabinets along with private suites designed to meet
your requirements.
Features
Colocation cabinets include a 20 Amp power feed. Additional circuits
from our primary or secondary power grid are available. Each account
includes 32 IP addresses (1U plans include a single IP). More are
available on request. Data back-up service with off-site 60 day CD
storage is available. Additional installation charges may apply.
Each equipment cabinet is enclosed, locked, and seismically braced
on anti-static flooring. Cooling is forced/balanced to provide consistent
temperature and humidity control throughout the facility.

Managed installation services
Our experienced team of colocation project managers and engineers
offer comprehensive support for rapid and reliable deployment of customer
equipment. Internet Express will receive customer equipment shipments
and install equipment in customer cabinets and racks.
Provisioning and cross-connect services
Internet Express assists colocation customers in the provisioning
of ethernet (10MB, 100MB and greater), electrical (POTS, T-1 and DS-3)
and optical fiber (OC-X) circuits and the completion of any desired
cross-connects.
Remote Hands services
On-site technicians will perform certain predefined tasks at the
customers request including visual inspection and reporting, rebooting,
plugging loopback cables into test points and reseating and removing
cables and cards (where no tools are required and where cards are
visible and accessible). Either 24 hour on-site or on-call Remote
Hands services are available.
